Philosophies

Wrestling is a very combative sport, but with rules. You have to have that fighting spirit to be able to want to compete and succeed. The same concept is used for your everyday life. Champions are not just made by coming here and learning 3-4 moves for an hour, 2 -3 times a week. To be successful, you have to have the right attitude, that’s unbreakable, and the desire to work hard in everything you do.

Reasons for Being an Instructor

My love and dedication to the sport. And to be able to pass down all the knowledge and skills I have obtained over the years, to be successful in this sport.

• 1993 Masters champion (’94-3rd)
• 2nd place high school state
• 2x’s junior freestyle state runner-up
• 2x’s California State Games Champion
• 1995 3rd place CA. Jr. College State
• 1996 California Jr. College State Champion

Discipline is the whole key to being successful. We all get 24 hrs a day. It’s the only fair thing. It’s the only thing that is equal. It’s up to us what we do with those 24 hrs.
